My painting: “The Wrinkle of Life” is to follow Thu-Huong foot step in painting,

I choose  the Acrylic Media in painting because it dries  faster & it doesn’t smell bad

Like Oil Painting. My dream is to be able to have an early retirement later on

to enjoy painting & be more creative in art & music…

Dear fellow PNEH, my Sweet Onion, Em Ci, Mr. Kiu et al,

Ok, ok… We heed your warning and have to dig deep into our banks of memory and even old suitcases to find something in the middle of the night that would even come close to the LIFE theme.  My well of ideas and imagination has run dry by the relentless heat of this summer.  Luckily we found an old sketch from the ol’ days (when we were young and I still have something on top of my head) that best described our life then, and sure enough still holds true to this day.

Here are my entries for the theme of LETTERS, SENTENCES, WORDS …

1. Messages d’Amour   ( Obviously this is before we had Match.com, Facebook, IM etc.. :-) in 2002 it was in fact.  These were pasted all over the pavillion that you can see on the top left at the Swiss Expo 02 in Yverdon.

2. Message d’ Amour Bis, this time written on a brick tile in Cerret also in 2002 … I must be looking for love back then HA HA.  and no I didn’t see nor called Jerome LOL

3.  Another message on LOVE at the Swiss Expo...  maybe Be Lan can tell us whether it’s true? :-P

here are my additional entries for the theme Letters, Sentences (and Words - I should have mentioned in my announcement:-) )
photo no.1 - I saw this poem in front of an old building in Brussels.
photo no.2 - is a graffiti in the Red Light District, Amsterdam. photo no.3 - the word SUGAR was on the facade of a building on Fifth avenue, Manhattan. I like the way the letters were formed and placed, as if sugar was sprinkling down.

[MC74 and Friends] my additional entries for LIFE

My dear twin BiTi, fellows PNEH, painters, poets, Mr. Kiu,

Irene came to my neighborhood last Saturday evening and left on Sunday morning. Luckily, we did not suffer any damage, except for a big branch of my dogwood and loss of power.
A very few good things resulting from the passage of Irene: the cool fresh air, and, thanks to the loss of power, I was able to enjoy looking up at the sky at night and seeing so many stars.

Here are my additional entries for the theme LIFE, photos taken on Sunday right after she left.
