Let's see some bridges

Dear Em Ci Twin and PNEH friends,
Sur le pont d'Avignon .. on y danse on y danse ... remember?  hi hi
I finally saw it and ... only half of it !! the rest fell into the water with
the trampling of all those dancers over the years (I made this last
part up :) but truly there's only half of it left.
So there you have it from top and front in photo 1 and 2

Then moving West to Nyons (where you can skip if you decide
to visit Haute Provence :-) unless you like to see this Pont :-)
photo 3

Then moving South West on the way to Barcelone, le pont de
Minerves ( a definite place to visit again for it's beautiful medivial
village, walk along the river underground, and see dolmen nearby
... I have always wanted to see a dolmen, haven't you? ) photo 4

Then hop on a boat and go east to Florence, I think the first bridge
there may be Caro's Ponte Vecchio ( here's a tip: take bus 12 or 13
and go up to Piazzale Michelangelo, it overlooks Florence and you
will not regret the view :-) you will also get a flavor of local life through
the ride ...   Photo 5

Then get back on the boat hi hi and go south to Rome for a view of
the Ponte Sublicio in Travestere  (ask Lan for the bus number if you
go by land hi hi)  Photo 6

and if you just happened to be in San Francisco or wanted to come
and get your heart back hi hi these are a couple more of SF bridges
to add to Tuan and Em Ci's spectacular shots
The (not so) Golden Gate photo 7 and
The Bay Bridge photo 8

Thank you for coming along, I hope you enjoyed the bridges and
didn't jump off mid-way hi hi

Fw: [MC74 and Friends] my entries for BRIDGES

Dear Bi Twin, fellow PNEHS, painters, poets, Mai Quang and Forum friends,
here are my entries for bridges:
1- George Washington Bridge, viewed from the Hudson River Drive; photo taken during my early morning commute from my little corner of the world to Manhattan.
2- The highest point of the Macombs Dam Bridge, viewed from the Harlem River Drive, connecting Manhattan with the Bronx near Yankee Stadium; photo taken in the early evening light, during my commute back to home sweet home.
3- A section of the Victorian style Bow Bridge in Central Park's lake where I played paparazzi and was caught in the act...
4- The Pershing Square Bridge right over 42nd Street outside Grand Central Station; photos taken yesterday. I have been walking underneath this bridge a zillion times, but have never walked on it yet (it may not even have sidewalks as I only saw cars on the bridge whenever I looked up. I will check it out and report back to you :-))
5- I love Tua^'n' beautiful shots of the famous Golden Gate Bridge. I tried capturing it in full length, but came out so banal. So here are my humble contributions on its details.

Have a serene Saturday

Re: [MC74 and Friends] my additional entries for contrasting colors

Dear Em Ci Twin,

I LOVE both photos, the colors are beautiful as well as how
you framed the shots.

And here are some contrasting colors from Mother Nature
yesterday. It was amazing how vibrant it was at Laguna
beach without fog and smog, just a perfect summer day.

Xoxo

Fw: [MC74 and Friends] my additional entries for contrasting colors

Dear twin BiTi, fellow PNEHs, Mai Quang and Forum friends,
here are my additional entries, just taken today. The first one is a picture of the windows of a Mexican restaurant, at the starting point of my trip,  the Red Bank train station in NJ. The second one was taken at the end of my trip, the entrance of Penn Station, on 34th Street, Manhattan.
Goodnight
