Fw: [MC74 and Friends] Our weekly project - new theme "Attitude"

Dear fellow pho nhom/artists,

It's amazing what things you can find around your house collecting dust all these years, e.g. statues, and lo and behold a cow with a "diva" attitude.  Texas has more cows than people (close to 30 millions or so) and it just happens there's one in our backyard.  Here she is, all dressed up with cherry red lipstick on, and wanting me to snap pictures of her to show her off on the blog.  I think she said Mooooah !

  2. Hi Khiêm,

I was holding my breath, wondering who you're referring to as " a cow with a diva attitude". Glad to see you were just talking about a statue ! :-) Very clever approach to the theme of the week, I think.

  5. BT, I’m already in trouble borrowing her cow for the picture, don’t get me in anymore troubles.
Be Lan, I sure don’t see any attitudes in Zoel and Jamila other than being sweet and lovely siblings.
Mr. Triet, of course I’m referring to the statue, I’m not that suicidal J.

  6. Hello Khiem

Thanks for the prompt clarification, with regards to your introduction of Moo, the Diva

Now we know who you were referring to, as sometimes, people could get the wrong idea :-)

All kidding aside, such an innovative, offbeat, wacky concept to best illustrate a prevailing attitude
of the prima donna, in all her glory

  8. I like the Dancing Diva cow! I heard the other day that cows are the most popular animal in the US, there's not a day that passes that an American doesn't see a cow picture, whether in ads, TV, signs on the street, etc. and given that you live in TX Khiem, I'm guessing the chances of seeing a live cow are greater than anywhere else. I was skeptical of this until I started paying more attention, and when I opened my fridge and lo and behold, what did I see but a laughing cow on a box of La Vache Qui Rit :-)

  9. Dear Cay Ti Ci,
cool entry, very original. I also like the way you took the picture, with the curved background (wonder what was the trick?).

  10. Dear Em Ci,
Thank you for your nice comments. To answer your question, how the curved background is done ? First, b/c I just love curves (remember?), second, because the earth is round :) :) Just kidding. The cow is actually really small, maybe 5-6 inches tall, so i had to really take a very close up shot, and my back yard behind the cow has a drop-off, thus the curved mound.
Though your twin BiTi is doing a tremendous job at soloing, we still miss you and your di' do?m comments :) Hurry back !
