Dear Twin and PNEH friends,
How about some khoai lang nuong , nong hoi vua thoi vua an? :-)
To Hlan: when you went back to Dalat were you able to find
banh' da khoai? I have yet to have my banh da khoai from
our childhood ... :-( Proustian complex :-)
To: M-U, try some ruoc with oatmeal first if you don't want to
go through all the trouble with chao' ga to see if you like the
taste of a salty oatmeal. I love it hi hi

Dear twin,
ReplyDeleteI can see the smoke coming out of the collage. Very yummy and definitely warm. Love it. Anything warm is very much appreciated at this moment:-)

BiTi,
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how a humble khoai lang could be made to look so good. I've been looking for a 3rd picture to go with EmCi's pics from the Fall series (the ones she took rolling around in her neighbor's grass). This is the one! (I have a 3-photo frame in my kitchen.)

That’s true MU ơi,
