Dear Bi Ti, Quang and fellow MCP74 photographers :-)
Here are my two entries. I know we are supposed to send in just one, but the first carries my wish to all Forum members (thay cho loi\ chu'c dda^\u Xua^n :-)) and the second one is my entry for the week under the theme "whatever captured our eyes, on the spot".
A little footnote to my first photo which I would like to give the title "nhu*ng ca'nh chim se? dda^\u Xua^n".
OK, here is the story: I was walking with Mai Han earlier this afternoon, I saw a few birds resting on the electric wires. As I was going to take a picture, I saw some more coming, I counted quickly: there was exactly eight. And then suddenly one more joined the group, but our number 9 decided to be the superstar, so he or she posed by itself on the lower wire. As soon as I finished with my pictures, they all flew away. It was as if they came to pose for me, so I could send their photo to you as a wish for a happy, healthy, prosperous New Year.
My second picture is entitled Hoa no*? tre^n tuye^'t :-). These huge bright fake flowers in front of my local Library caught my eyes yesterday, so I took a picture. Ke.t qu'a ne^n no^p. ddai. cho ban giam' khao? Quang, co' the^? hoang tu*o*ng? la\ hoa thu*o*c du*o*c du*o*c kho^ng?

Dear Em Ci,
ReplyDeleteI love your birdies on the wire photo, it looks like notes of music on a blue sky! and of course the 2
colourful flower in the midst of all the white snow reminds me of the 'colourful ... read mau me twins' :-)

Hello Mai Chau
ReplyDeleteA great picture deserved another, as 2 pretty ones in succession couldn't be more worthy of such accolade
Nothing more inspiring than capturing a beautiful image, at the spur of the moment, as evidenced by the lovey doves on a birdwire
The lofty, asymetrical illustration of birdies striking a majestic pose on highly
strung wires, against the vast blue skies, is quite imposing
A musical chorus line, frozen in time, as if awaiting the final bow, before all admiring, appreciative eyes
Standing in stark contrast, the perplexing, surreal presence of colorful, bright flowers against a dark, cold, icy background have provided a charming new spin, a freshly thrilling look at the magical winter wonderland

Bravo Em Ci,
ReplyDeleteJust simple everyday and nothing special scenes, but yet the way they were captured and framed made them standout and special. That's talent and skills behind the viewfinder.
