Dear Friends,
Please accept my humble entry for this week's theme, Through the Window.
A bowl of pho with reduced fat, homemade marrow bone beef stock , accompanied with fresh mints picked from my 100% organic herb garden, plus a café sua da personally prepared and deferentially served by me, will be the rewards for the first friend who correctly identifies the location of this photo. A zero fat pate chaud bonus prize will be presented to the one who could determine the project shown in the picture.
Respectfully submitted,
Tuan

Hi Tuan
ReplyDeleteI see Cao Dang Su Pham Nha Trang...
Tran Ha Tuan
Congratulations to you, Tuan! You aced the quiz, and you’re the winner of the bowl of pho with reduced fat, homemade marrow bone beef stock, and fresh mints tenderly harvested from my 100% organic herb garden! It will be my privilege to respectfully serve you a café sua da, personally prepared by me. Your prize will be awaiting you on your next visit to Dallas, TX.
ReplyDeleteSince I don’t know how Cao Dang Su Pham Nha Trang looks like, and where it’s located, I can’t say if it’s in the picture or not. Could someone in our forum, who is more familiar with Nha Trang, independently verify the correctness of Tuan’s answer? I’ll put on hold the fat free pate chaud prize until this matter is clarified.
Cheers,
Tuan
Hi Anh Tuan,
ReplyDeleteIs this in Nha Trang, VN? Some kind of hotel project?
Ai My
Hi Ai My,
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention, Congratulations to you! You’ve won my 100% fat free pate chaud bonus prize for recognizing the hotel project! This healthy and hopefully edible concoction of mine will be awaiting your tasting next time you come to Dallas to visit LHien, Lucky Khiem, Thuy and me. And I’ll throw in an extra pate chaud for your other half, Tien, as well. And because he has very discerning taste, please reassure him that I’ll properly serve him this delicacy on Limoges china, with Christofle sterling, and of course will not fail to pair the amuse gueule with some vintage wine to please his and your palates.
Cheers,
Tuan
