Fw: [MC74 and Friends] Re: week photo subject -- Ocean, lake, river, bathtub water :-)

I have 2 pics to contribute this week.  The first one is of the 'other Venice'  inspired by my lovely twin.

Venice is definitely one of my favorite cities in the world, especially at Carnivale time as my friend Dolly "-) would attest to as she's always ready to go again year after year.   One year, it snowed while we were there, we woke up in the morning to see the bridges and gondolas covered in white, it was magical ... I also like Venice  in the early evening when the fog just sets in and the reverberes cast their dusty pink on the city.

I called this second photo  " What a life " :-) It was taken from the Vial Del'Amore the cliff walk between Riomaggiore and Manarola.

  1. Cara Loren,

    Venezia per sempre !
J'y meurs !

Grazie mille!

  2. BiTi,
I love, love your two entries! The gondolas photo made me feel like going back to Venice and your second photo depicted perfectly its title. I so envy the lucky guy sunbathing under the vast sky, specially on a freezing cold day like today in NYC,... though I would not lie so close to the edge of the cliff, lo* ngu? say qua' lan xuo^'ng thi\ che^'t kho^ng kip. ngap'!!! :-)
