The 1st collage is called the many sides of a vase :-) Russ brought
this back from Asia, I forgot where, but it's made of a special
type of wood that keep the water cool by 'sweating' ... so
if you fill it with water, you'll see little beads of 'sweat' forming
on the exterieur of the vase and the water keeps really cool...
magic, maybeI should just call it '"the magic water bottle: ?
The second is made of brown things around the house that
I especially love, Valrhona (nothing unusual here, I always have
a few tablets tucked in my desk drawer :-)), the kangaroos I
brought back from one of my trips down under is actually a
S&P shaker. I love old wooden baking spoons and my old
'chinese' medecine cabinets with its many many drawers where
I can stash all kinds of knick-knacks :-)

ReplyDeleteGreat job babee, such an artistic way of capturing every day objects. I almost took pictures of my little Vietnamese chest, and some wooden spoons. Then I saw yours, good thing I did not shoot the photos yet, as mine would not compare to yours.
