Dear Em Ci and PNEH friends,
Here is what I came up with just now in the back yard...
Ombres chinoises that I never noticed before ...As the wind
ruffles the leaves of the chitalpa tree, some times they look like
bamboo leaves, sometimes flowers, and even .. gold fishes !!!
Or maybe it's just my imagination hi hi
And the collage is to show you the full tree :-)
Cheers,
BT
PS> Well friends, I just found out 'those funny shadows' that I haven't noticed before are due to the Eclipse !!! I took these photos
exactly at the peak of yesterday annular eclipse (6:30pm) ...
hi hi I was wondering as I stepped out 'why did the sun godown so quick?'
Apparently: when the sun's rays hit the wall passing through small
gaps between the leaves, they create small inverted images of
the sun like the 'Pinhole Camera' affect ( according to Google)
and I thought they look like gold fish scales :-))
Serenpiditoulsy yours :-)

Dear Bi Twin Babi,
ReplyDeleteI love your ombres chinoises. They are beautiful and look like Chinese brush paintings.

Hello Bao Tram
ReplyDeletePretty as a Chinese water painting in all its fluidity, such a lovely,
artistically composed picture, ingeniously captured by the fotog's
acute, clever lens
A very original, imaginative illustration of the theme that reinvented itself, the shadowy tree shades that took on different sizes, various
shapes, whimsical, new identities of their own, in the eyes of the beholder, depending on the prevailing mood, current frame of mind
Quang
Thank you Quang for your beautiful review of the photos.
