Fw: [MC74 and Friends] For this week's theme 'through the window'

 








Hello dear  BT, MC, CTT, Caro Nhu-Hoa, HH2, Trang, KL  and MC friends,
Thank you soooo much for sharing all your interesting/witty/funny postings, fabulous parties and pics and...poems!!!
MC, Trang look  radiantly happy  in such a great company !. What is your recommended restaurant  for Dim Sum in Chinatown?
As we speak of Matthieu Ricard, may I join here an article in 2004of the National Academy of Sciences about gamma wave activity in meditation:
and some old pics (from 2010)  of my neck of the swiss mountains while we await for spring.

    Thank you Caro Thu Dung for sharing the pictures of spring in your corner of Switzerland. How beautiful the fields of narcissus (daffodils?) are! Hope to see you again in DC soon.

    Hi Thu Dung,
    thanks for sharing your beautiful photos. I can almost smell the fragrance of the flowers, the grass, the fresh air of the mountain. I would love to roll myself on that green grass (sigh).

    Hello Caroline,

    Thank you for a look through the windows into your lovely neck of the world :-) which makes one dream of fresh mountain air especially from the swiss Alps :-) Your last pic reminds me of
    my friend's place in Rinn - Austria.

    I glimpsed quickly at the article you sent... the gammas are making
    me dizzy :-)

    Hé Caroline TD,

    Ravie de te voir sortir de ton hibernation.
    Des champs tapissés de narcisses aux Pléiades ,en cette saison ? Je rêve ! Mais ces photos dataient de 2010, disais-tu .
    Fais-moi signe quand tu iras glâner,je vais chaque année à la cueillette de ces fleurs odorantes, mais chut ! la fleur étant protégée,je me ferais taper sur les doigts par qque écolo du coin !
    On ira déjeûner ensuite à l'auberge des Narcisses : une salade à l'ail de l'ours ,pour rester dans le ton.

    La méditation selon M. Ricard ? Je n'arrive pas zzzz, je m'endors à la 2è minute !

    Il parait que Ai My et Ai Phuong nous ont donné du gan khô et du khô bò pour faire une salade de papaye ? Hein ,Tuyêt Lan :>(
