Lan Dior,
Off -topic ! Even if your entries are very interesting
and so colourful ! .>) where is the ovoid shape ?

BiTi,
below is my entry, not a Fabergé, only a riquiqui
oeuf de Pâques ,made of polished horn ( corne ?)

  1. Very nice picture, CTT. Is the egg solid or hollow?

  2. Hello Thanh Tu

Quite stimulating, captivating, the striking, sophisticated image of the oeuf de Paques, strategically placed in the foreground

Somewhat remiscent of an illuminating pendant, a surreal, fanciful ornament in the presence of Buddha, that provided a mystical aura to the whole picture

  4. Quang,
I'm honoured that you comment my humble egg with
much kindness. I just borrowed the base ( socle) of the
Buddha to keep the egg upright in its cup, despite great care,
part of the Buddha appeared, unwittingly. The effect comes
from the golden Buddha head and the silver eggcup,
unintentioned effect of old patina reflected at the end, in fine.
These eggs ,horn inlaid, were purchased at Bon Génie,
    department store in Geneva.

    Great Herb-Monday !

  5. thank you, Triet.
I don't know, can say it is very heavy.
Judge by your own in looking at the full basket.

  6. Dear CTT,

What a nice composition with the egg placed by Buddha's ear,
and the highlight on the different textures. The basket full of
eggs is also very beautiful, do you want it posted on the blog?

Last but not least, mat Tu' dung la tinh lam, if it is BLan's arm
in the pink chair photo, then ... who's the photographer? :->

    Cheerio,
    BT
