[MC74 and Friends] my third entry for REFLECTIONS -Ma^y lang thang


My dear twin BiTi, fellows PNEH, painters, poets, Mr. Kiu, and Forum friends,
My third contribution to the theme, also for cloud lovers, with the title borrowed from Quang's comment on my first photo for REFLECTIONS:-)

Hinh\ chup ma^y bay tre^n Đu*o*ng\ so^' Mo^t., 19 thang' 9 - 2011
Ma^y lang thang
Đe^m ta mo* tha^y' mi\nh la` ma^y trắng
Đua` vo*i' nắng va\ng, anh' trang xanh.
Ngắm nhu*~ng ru*ng\ sa^u va\ con suo^i',
Ro^i\ lang thang bay khắp nhu*~ng đinh? đo^i\.
Ta  theo gio' rong ruo^i? khoang? tro*i\ cao,
Va\ soi bong' tre^n nhu*~ng la^u\ hu* ao?.Cho*t. tinh? mo^.ng, ngo* ngac' đa^u cha^n tu*o*ng' ?
Ta hay ma^y, cu~ng chi? la\ vo^ thu*o*ng\.

    Hello Mai-Chau,

    Khi nghe den "may lang thang", hau nhu ai da truong thanh o Saigon dau thap nien 70 da khong quen ba`i "may lang thang", noi tieng nho*`ban nhac CBC. Cam on Mai-Chau da chia se bai tho va tam hinh, ca hai deu tuyet vo*`i, de go*.i lai nhung ky niem dep va hon nhien cua tho*`i nie^n thieu da qua.

    Dear Em Ci and TNS,

    Lovely photo and lovely song, I haven't heard it in such a long time. If my memory
    serves me right, wasn't it one of Elvis Phuong's best?

    Em Ci oi, I love that you walk NYC , la tete dans les nuages :-) , to shoot these
    beautiful clouds and their reflections for us. I can't figure out what the little bumps
    are on the skyscraper, but I like to imagine they are morning dew bubbles :-)
    That's such a great angle of a shot too.

    Quite simply, nothing like a delightful poem, a strikingly beautiful picture,
    a perfect pairing of image and verse, to illustrate the very appealing,
    seductive theme, Reflection

    May Lang Thang, a soulful, poetic ode to White Clouds, nature's wonderful element with a life of its own, well personified, whimsical in nature,
    adventurous in mind, flowingly light, airy, breezy, is as dreamy as it gets

    Adding to the playful touch, romantic feel, a subtle philosophical undertone,
    an intriguing zen like approach to life, a personal reflection of the author

    To put all in perspective, a breathtakingly lovely picture, a dreamy vision
    of " Mo^t Goc' Tro*i ", a rhapsody in Blue, providing the ideal, soothing backdrop to the poetry in motion, the wandering, drifting clouds
