Here are more entries for the Extended Spring theme, taken this afternoon. Tulips and Hoa xuan are my own cay nha la vuon. The rest of the photos were taken in my neighbors' backyard. I was lying on the grass to take photos of the cherry blossoms that fell on the ground, when the wind blew over the branches, and a shower of petals came down, as I looked up. It was an awesome sight, but I could only capture a little bit of it, so you really need a magnifying glass to see some petals in the air.

I like all of them too, esp. the 2nd and 3rd ones. The contrast between the light and dark in the second picture is mesmerizing, and the 3rd pic is pure loveliness with the vivid shades of pink and purple contrasting with the soft green in the background.

Especially on a dark, cold, rainy Sunday in New York, when the
