Hi HL,

DeleteHello Hien Lan
ReplyDeleteQuite a handful display of pretty, interesting Hand pictures,
beautifully captured with a lovely touch, each with its own unique
charming appeal
"Ong va` Chau", grandpa steadily guiding the little one,
with firm yet gentle hand, was such a loving display of affection
that went beyond words
The deep navy, ocean blue hand imprints, leaving their marks at the SF airport, perhaps a tell tale sign of separation, or goodbye moment, was visually moving as it was striking
"Les Mains de L'amitie", neatly decorated with cheerfully vibrant
color signs, pops of creativity put on full display, were symbolic in nature, yet carried on a much deeper meaning,
a warm, intimate show of friendship withstanding the test of time
"The hand with frozen banana", a timely snapshot in all its simplicity,
was temptingly attractive as the sweet treat itself
On a more artistic side, in a refreshing break from reality,
bordering within the realm of the imagination, a very creative hand illustration with poeticallly expressive, delightful verses as
"Rowing in Eden, Ah the Sea
Might I, but Moor Tonight,
In Thee"
"Arrivee de Toujours,
Qui t'en iras partout "
Quang
THANK YOU QUANG . AND THANKS FOR READING FOR ME ALL THE VERSES ..... I SHOULD NEED MAGNIFYING GLASS .... HAVE A GREAT SUNDAY QUANG BIZ HL
DeleteP.S. QUANG OI , I ' M JUST IN TOUCH WITH NATHALIE NGOC . DO YOU REMEMBER HER ?
HL,
ReplyDeleteGreat pics! My favorite is Hands at SF Airport. The first and third reminded me of Something to Hold On To by Harry Belafonte.
Something to hold on to
Everybody needs
Something that can’t slip
Right through your fingers
Lookin’ for that reason,
Reason to believe
Something to hold on to
And I’m holding on to you
Something to hold on to
Like a baby’s hand
Something there’s no way
Of letting go
...
Which then caused me to pull out Belafonte LPs and listen to some of the old old songs again (gorgeous voice, gorgeous man!). Like these 2, nghe rất bùi ngùi, especially around the time of one's birthday.:-)

DeleteHello Hien Lan
ReplyDeleteYour HANDS are all wonderful, guess which one is my favorite?
Les mains de l'amitie... of course - It was a great evening among friends in Paris! I would also have submitted it but was too late... The early bird gets the worm!
My next favorite is ong va chau, the contrast is stunning, and it also evokes a host of emotions...
Caro
HI CARO , THANK YOU . I' M SORRY FOR BEING FASTER WHILE YOU DID A REAL GOOD JOB AS BCBG ! BIZ
