my entries for CHAIRS

Hello BCB BiTi Emci, Fellow PNEHs & Friends

Here are my first entries for CHAIRS

The first one was taken in Bora Bora, and reminds me of this idyllic vacation, you could relax and sit there all day
The second was an exhibit at the LA Museum of Contemporary Art, actually this futuristic chair is huge, it must be at least 8' tall...
The third one sat at the Huntington Library, and the design is so elaborate with fine craftsmanship, a study of contrast with No. 2

The fourth one was at a spa in LA, a little haven of serenity, you could actually hear the ocean waves from there
The fifth one was in a shopping mall in Santa Monica, I like the shadow reflection...
The last one was displayed in a museum in Germany, interesting study of a medieval interior

Cheers
Caro

  1. Hello Caro

What an delightful eye opener, the much welcomed Chair invasion from all corners of the world, the perfect storm that razzled and dazzled even the casual viewers

Chairs Bora Bora the picturesque image of bliss and happiness in the ideal setting, a haven for total relaxation, if not, peace of mind

Strangely odd looking, somewhat out of this world, yet with a luxurious
comfy feel, Chair LACMA, the artistic seating on a grandiose scale taking us back to the future

On a deeper historical note, beautifully crafted with intricate facts and details, Chair Museum was, quite simply, a regally visual feat

Chair Spa, taking on a more practical, but no less meaningful level,
the warm, soothing vision of self indulgence, at its peaceful best
To rest the weary feet, or just to cool down the sweaty soul,
from a therapeutic shopping spree, what could be more handy
than a temptingly reclining pair of seats, Chair Shopping,
so visually attractive with its cool, diaphanous shadows

Taking us back in time, with a flicker of nostalgia, the Chair Germany
recreating a much simpler way of life, the medieval era remaining intact, when all else around moved on, at a much faster pace
