Here is my entry, a picture taken last year during the Cherry Blossom festival in DC.  I also have one for the light theme, if it's not too late :-) To follow Triet's thinking about transition, I am adding another pic of DC.  I wish I had a pic of the Washington monument in late fall, but I hope this one of the Jefferson Memorial in late fall early winter will do in showing the transition of life at the DC Mall from Spring to Fall tha^n MThuy
