Fw: [MC74 and Friends] my entry for buildings & monuments

Dear Em CI, Mr. Kiu and friends,
Attached is my entry for this week's theme, I took these pics while
loitering with Z friends.
Let's see:
The centerfold pic is actually taken by H Lan, while I had my
head down between my knees as em Be weaved in and out of
traffic at the rond-point Etoile-CDG, but it's my camera so I
think I can claim ... some credit (right em CI? :o))
Then clockwise from the top left:
(1) a view of Notre Dame from our many walk-arounds ile de
la cite', to ile St Louis, in search of Bertillon ice cream... our
us cross and re-cross song xen (2) which I don't mind coz I love
the buildings along the rives like (3)
(4) Place des Vosges, the fire incident I already recounted that
allowed us a free drink at the cafe on the rez-de-chaussee
(5) Hotel de Ville, which we also passed and re-passed a few times
in the course of 2 afternoons
(6) not sure ... what building this is with the horseman, maybe one
of our Parisian friends can identify it?
(7) front view of Notre Dame where many group pics were taken
of many MC models :-P
(8) i won't mind having a chambre de bonne here :-)
That's it for now, stay tuned for a tabblo recounting more juicy
details in the near future.
Cheers,
BT

  1. Hello Bao Tram, Luong Hien, Khiem

At the onset, a catchy yet playfully cute title "emtramparis" for any tabblo,
pretty as the postcard, with fascinating pictures, clockwise, taking us on a virtual tour of Paris as if we were there, taking in the picturesque sights and sounds of the City of Lights in all its splendor

An interesting travel tale told with plenty of charm, wit, humor, even with a slight twist of irony, at the end :-)

As if all behind the scene, juicy, gossipy details couldn't come soon enough,
to make the trip so much more memorable !
So, Welcome Back, BT, LH, Khiem
Glad to see you guys having such a fun time, crossing the pond once again,
to meet with old friends, as to relive for a few moments a storied past

  2. My dearest twin,
love your collage, the photos and the stories behind each one.
Reading the stories is almost as fun as being there with you and the rest of the Cool Gang.
Since the Centerfold pic is as beautiful as the rest of the photos,... and I am nibbling your o^ mai while looking at your collage, I think it is quite acceptable that HL's photo took its place in the collage, and you can claim some credits.
You just gave me a great idea. When you come to visit NYC, I will let you have my camera, you take the photos, and I will post them as yours and mine.
I can hardly wait to see your tabblo with its juicy details.
    Goodnight from Be^n Bo*\ So^ng

  4. Salut BT,

    (6) not sure ... what building this is with the horseman, maybe one of our Parisian friends can identify it?

  7. Bravo Thu Huong, tu as raison.
