PNEH: Umbrella

I was strolling on Carlsbad Beach that summer day.
The vibrant color of the umbrella was not the only thing that caught my eyes. :=)

  1. Dear TNS,

Thank you so much for being the first one submitting the entry again. And what a beautiful and artistic entry it is!
I love the contrast between the vivid colors of the umbrella against the dark background of the stones and the light background of the sand. I also love the way you took the picture, so everything was in a diagonal, and perfectly balanced. The subject (not the umbrella of course :-) was beautiful too with her cute little bump. I must admit I did not understand what Quang said at first about the baby bump, I had to look very closely to see it (Quang o*i, I think I need to have my eyes checked, not you).

    Enjoy your Sunday

PS: apparently your God is at the beach this weekend, looking at umbrellas, otherwise I am sure I would get a call from him tonight about your entry again :-)

  2. Hello Son

A colorful, summery picture that fitted the theme to a tee

    Wasn't the funny looking thing,
a baby bump under the umbrella, by any chance ?
Interestingly enough, it was not the umbrella itself that caught
and diverted my attention, too :-)

  3. Dear PNEH and friends,
    ...
I also love the summer aquarelles, THuong oi dep qua' , TNS's beach
umbrella with the pretty lady, Liem's colorful umbrellas (great job!),
Caro's super cute photo, and Tuan's pool photo. For me aussi, somehow
the scene and sound of poolside always bring to mind summer time, and
souvenirs of the days at CSS !!!

I'll try to find some beach umbrellas but in the mean time gotta to
have com, thit dim, rau muong, ca phao ....:-) my siss are spoiling me :-)

    Cheers to all !!!!

  4. Dear TNS:
I love the lighting; its’ effect of illuminating the subject from the background

It’s rendering a joyous feeling of the umbrella’ fun & bright color

Accommodating TNS’ theme “tran-nhua-song” full of life…
    Cheers from Liem
