repetitive pattern

Hello BCB EmCi and Biti & Friends

Here are my first entries for repetitive pattern... Not sure if my interpretation of the theme would qualify...

The 1st photo is a rose pattern stained glass at a church in Germany
The 2nd photo are strings of oysters at a pearl farm in Tahiti
The 3rd photo are similar pattern plates from the Huntington Library
The 4th photo are evenly patterned macarons in multi flavors taken in Paris
The 5th photo are rows of cheeses taken in Amsterdam

Cheers
Caro

  1. Hi Caro,
Thank you for opening the show ( if I don't count my little sis' entry which I quickly posted on the blog, before she could file it away) with your original entries.
The photos are beautiful. The colors are gorgeous, going from deep tones with mix of dark and light, through soft pastels, to cheerful and bright, and the subjects are so varied and interesting.

    1. Thanks EmCi, what a relief, I wasn't sure if the submitted photos are corresponding to the repetitive pattern theme or if they would be disqualified...

      Cheers

  2. Hello Caro

Far from being out of context, and staying true to form,
such captivating, if not, intriguing Pattern illustrations covering an
wide range of interesting subjects under the sun

The rose pattern stained glass, a haughty, mystifying vision
    in appealingly soft, neutral colors
A tantalizing oyster sight, somewhat graphic in nature yet
fitting in all its raw element

The soft, delicate plates, of various sizes and shapes,
neatly placed and orderly arranged, a compelling exhibition
    in visual symmetry

Macarons, so yummy, tasty looking in assortment of cheerful colors,
a seductive boxing of the thrilling, foodie kind

Cheese filled rows, in sunny bright colors, an open temptation
    for the fond cheese lovers
