Re: [MC74 and Friends] theme for next week project - TASTING PLEASURES
A dear friend suggested to me to try tea with lemon and honey when I was under the weather.
It works for me and it tastes good too. Wherever you are now, thank you.
This entry could be tittled " Mediterranean Colors" as all the elements come from the south . yellow lemon, rhododendron honey from Italy, the beautiful mug , mosaic pattern, in the warm shades of turquoise ,color dear to the Greeks and other peoples of Mediterranean... As we noticed its presence near the famous steak, I suppose it would be a gift as well as the accompanying tea " trà xanh thuong hao hoa nhài" Yes , its a magical recipe, prepared with HOT water, lemon juice, honey and a jet of rum or whiskey, a dash of ginger, but no ice, dear KhanhLiem,it's not ice tea, we name it "Grog" in Europe, the potion is drunk hot. But ,finally, why not cold,as you suggested ?
