Hi everybody

This week's theme reminds me of HAIR the musical, which was very popular back then but I haven't watched it again in a long long time...but who can forget its famous tunes "Aquarius", "Let the Sunshine In", "Manchester" etc.

Still, this  is a pretty hairy theme... and makes me scratch my head, gotta find time to  walk around to take pictures of people's hair... but in the meantime here's my entry

Dear friends,  Today, instead of a diaporama we have three collages of photos with story from the all corners of the world.thanks to Caro, Hien Lan, Thu Huong, Em Ci and Twin, Quang and TNS's beautiful photos and interesting stories. And to answer my Twin's guess on the funny looking corner of the old building in Montpellier: you guessed that it was to peep around the corner, I guessed that it was to 'chu' mu*a' and we are both wrong hi hi  It was to allow the big wheels of the carriages to turn the corner! Dear BiTwin, fellow PNEHs, painters, poets. Mai Quang and Forum friends,

here are my first entries for HAIR:
1- My home model's hair. Photo taken yesterday.
2- Curly hair . Photo taken at Bryant Park today. I always wanted curly hair, I guess it's part of wanting what you can't have :-)
3- Angel's hair. Photo taken also at Bryant Park today. The little angel looked so adorable with his curly hair.
4- Pony tail on the run. Photo taken this evening on my way to the subway. I had to run after the pony tail for the snapshot :-)
5- Fire and spike (and crew cut). Photos taken at Chatuchak Market, Bangkok.
I have more entries which I took today, but I will submit them later.

A colorful street entertainer

Going head over heel, the human rainbow trying his best to look quite nonchalant, kind of cool, calm and collected, ready to take on daring challenges, weird requests from little ones ! 

Every now and then, unexpectingly, one might just run across some fun, unusual sightings worth taking a second look

 

An off the wall bike tale  

Who could have thought a set of sleek wheels could end up parked atop, sitting pretty on a wall, after a torturous ride on the wild side,

perhaps a visual portrayal of one's sense of frustration, the proverbial perception of being driven up the wall ;-)

Fw: [MC74 and Friends] Pictures with Story / Mission San Juan Capistrano part II

Caro, MC, BT and friends,

I was at the Mission yesterday but I got there too late to take the tour. Thus, I could not see the inside. It was about half an hour drive from Little Saigon but it was well worth the dive. I fell in love with San Juan Capistrano right away, a small town by the beach, right on Pacific Coast Highway, with wonderful art gallery and shops, restaurants and needless to say beautiful beach. I drove hundred times up and down that way from and to San Diego, now I just discovered San Juan Capistrano thanks to PNEH.
