10 minutes from my house (yesterday and today)

Dear Em Ci and PNEH friends,

  10' from my house yesterday continues with  ...  who can guess the

2 store fronts (1)?

 Then this morning inspired by Em Ci's beautiful walk, I went  Iphone in hand

and beside the usual wild flowers (2) and weeds (3) and stream (4) I ran into

this .... b....  sight :-) in the mist of spraying water (the golf course sprinkler

was on)

Dear twin, fellow PNEHs, painters, poets, Mai Quang and Forum friends,
This afternoon I took a walk of 10 minutes from my suburban house, and stopped. There I found a little park tucked in the middle of houses, with some purple wild flowers, lots of buttercups, four red admirals flirting, and posing from time to time on the ground (I caught one of them with my camera), and a swing set waiting for the long forgotten child in me :-).

Ha ha,  I almost sent in a similar shot as 1 so I know exactly where

to point out on google map the location of your shot.

My favorite is the bee shot.

And since I am going to do the collage of windows later today,

One of the rarest of occasions when I was invited to a white tablecloth dinner in rural Cowland :-). What a welcome break from the usual fast food chains, Tex-Mex fares, or the occasional treat of "chicken fried steak"... Yum.

Dear friends,

Here's my second entry for windows. A bit of color to brighten

up an overcast day.

- At the end of the cobbled alley was as an art studio, a tableau

of a colorful bouquet, and invitation to linger in St Paul de Vence

- Au coeur de l'Ile St Louis - I love the reflection of the chambres

de bonnes and the windows across the tiny street.  Berthillon is

around the corner right Lan? hi hi

Here are my first entries for TEXTURES. The photos were taken on Sunday, using objects found in the house. I took the statue of Buddha to my neighbors' backyard and place it in the middle of leaves near a sprinkler for the photo shoot. :-).
