I'm so awed by your beautiful drop shots and it is indeed challenging for me to submit anything worthy. Anyhow, we just took Rufio for his birthday to a pet-friendly hotel, and leash-free beach and park in San Diego yesterday, and he had a great time, so this is his picture, resting between activities, and if you look closely at his nose, you'll see a hint of a drop...

Fw: [MC74 and Friends] Drops - Part 2

Hi all,

This part is about drops in action (i.e. rain, rain drops, etc).  This is quite challenging because the timing of the drop is always tough so it requires patience, and since it's very wet when it rains, protecting one's photographic gear is another issue.  I almost gave up and thought about shooting milk drop indoor since it's much easier since the milk is "milky white".

Anyhow, here they are.

Hi all,

I always enjoy shooting the rain, so I have to say I'm lucky to have quite a few of pix for this week's theme. I will sent in different parts.

Dear BiTi, fellow PNEHs, painters, poets, Mai Quang and Forum friends,
I don't have any fresh water drops to send in. Not to give myself any excuse, but my Canon G-12 decided to go on strike last week, to protest against being forced to work overtime while on vacation.
 I tried to take some pictures of droplets of water this evening with my old Elph, they all came out Hitchcock-like.
So here are my entries for the theme RAINDROPS...which I took two weeks ago, when it rained in my corner and my Canon G-12 was still up and running.
