depuis le temps, voici ma petite contribution....suite à notre voyage au VN en Février 2011

Cette statue trône sur une plage de Cà Na', pas loin de "Mui Né" à côté d'un petit restaurant local fort sympathique...

Visite du tombeau de l'Empereur Khai Dinh (Hue)

Un des 9 gardiens (Hô Phap) à l'entrée de la pagode "Thiên Mu"

Hello 2 ba chu

Today we completed a 3-hour trekking uphill to the Shri Kunjapuri temple, so here are my entries for red & gold. It was a strenuous climb but well worth it.
We saw the mountscape, one side was toward Nepal and the other toward Tibet
(Incidentally I also became a tourist attraction)

I especially love the center shot and the close up and of course the moon shots.

I was in Westlake, Ohio last week and finally experienced some real winter :-) Here's how it

looked and felt...

were taken at Huntington Beach on Lake Erie, the wind was

blowing hard and the 28F felt like -28F and to borrow TK's words

Dear Bi twin, fellow PNEHs, painters, poets, Mai Quang and Forum friends,

here are my additional entries for the extended theme WINTER.
The first photo was taken yesterday afternoon in my neighbors' backyard. (Hint to my little sis: there is a big space in my photo too :-))The second photo, of the moonlight was taken on a recent Sunday evening in my neighborhood.
The pictures in the collage were taken at various times in various places; the photos of the moonlight and the bare tree against a backdrop of purple sky were from my neighborhood, the photo of pine trees in the sunset were taken in upstate NY, the one with trees, clouds and sunset was taken while on the road to to southern NJ.

Dear Bi twin, fellow PNEH, painters, poets, Mai Quang and Forum friends,

my additional entry "canh\ hoa ddao\ va\ mat. troi*\" with my warmest wishes for a wonderful new year to all of you.
The photo was taken this past Thursday. On my way to work, I passed by this shop behind the fences, on First Avenue, I saw the reflection of the morning sun with its golden rays on the window, then noticed the cherry blossoms.
To my friend and fellow New Yorker (and fellow night owl) Mai Quang, thank you for your good wishes. I wish you love, luck, health, happiness.
