It looks like Em Ci and Quang are without electricity on this Halloween

day. Let's hope they are safe and cozy at home, and not out trick or treating :-)

Caro oi,  Thanks for your photos while on the road, I bet the kids will sorely miss

you this year! and I love those orange and black macarons and the facial

expressions on the cookies.

Lan oi,  I love you bright and cheery Halloween characters too... don't you

have some photos from NYC last year? Aren't we lucky we postponed

the trip this time? 

Well, I walked around the neighborhood yesterday, and I can only find a

couple of scary looking things so may i join my Twin and TNS is sharing these

non-spooky shots with you? :-)

here are my entries for the theme FRUITS/VEGGIES HARVESTED IN THE FALL, from my favorite shopping place every Wednesday from summer to fall.
Most entries were taken at 8am this morning, except the eggplants, and the pumpkins sitting on the steps (I recall the latter one was taken on my way back from lunch with Mai Quang, so I expect Quang to give it a good review :-)). I enjoyed taking pictures of the veggies so much that the lady who sold the veggies handed me a huge butterfly worm on a leaf, for me to take a picture. She was going to take it back to the farm to feed the chicken but I kept asking her if she wanted me to release it to the nearby park for her, that she finally said "ok, you do it", just to get rid of ...me :-). I held the leaf with the worm on it and walked across to the garden to release it, but I must admit I was a little worried that it would crawl on to my hand. I don't know what I would do if that happened.
The last one is the photo of the worm, just to share with you, not to be posted on the blog, hope the female members of the Forum will not faint.
