Fw: [MC74 and Friends] my entries for MONOCHROMATIC

Dear BiTwin, fellow PNEHS, painters, poets, Mai Quang and Forum friends,
here are my entries for MONOCHROMATIC.
I hope you will be flexible enough to accept my photos of the peaches, flowers, and beach as monochromatic and not tell me that I am color blind :-).
My red entry was taken at the Calypso show in Bangkok where all the female roles were performed by male performers.
Goodnight and have a nice Wednesday
from be^n Bo*\ So^ng

  4. I agree with the 3rd Em :-)

Em Ci, it's funny I almost submitted a monochromatic green (you'll see)
and a box of peaches :-) You did a great job with the red too, I assume
it was inside and the light was not that great?

Of the stairs, I love the second shot with your trademark reflections .

  5. Thank you my two Em :-) for your sweet comments.
You were right BiTwin, it was inside, the room was dark. Only the stage was lit up; I did not use flash, tripod. To top it off, my hands were not steady....

  6. Hello Mai Chau

So lovely, the captivating pictures that featured the color theme with originality,
coupled definitely with an intriguing, exotic feel
Green on Green, a lingering vision of serenity in a sea of emerald, slightly stirred waters

Peach color, the abundant, tantalizing, succulent fruits displayed quite nicely,
so cleverly captured from an inviting angle

Color of Light, a dazzling, mesmering showcase in lightning harmony
accentuating the intrinsic beauty of nature, for all it was worth

Water and sky, seemingly inseparable as if by design,
a perfect match for a playfull corner on earth

Red Hot, the very color that ignited steamy, hot passion on a warm, summer night

  7. Hi Mai Quang,
    Welcome back!
Just back and already working so hard. Don't you wish you were still sitting at the outdoor restaurants exercising your eyes, in Vieux Montreal? :-):-).
Thank you for your beautiful comments. They made my Sunday.

    1. Hello Mai Chau

Thank you Em Ci, my favorite, sweet, fellow New Yorker, for the very warm, welcoming thoughts
Kind of making me feel a bit guilty from sneaking away from the required forum duties, even for a short while :-)

But the time off in Montreal and Toronto was well worth it, especially in Montreal, where the so attractive sights were quite visually stimulating, in Centre Ville or Vieux Montreal !!!!
